vœu comes from the French translation of the English word vow. This name is consistent with our enduring promise to deliver value. The swirl logo is representative of the journey that is taken towards goals with the loop recognising that this path has twists and turns along the way.

Jason founded vœu in 2020 following 35 years experience across the construction and infrastructure industries. He is considered a thought leader and expert in strategy, organisational governance, and commercial operations. He has a particular interest in corporate growth strategy and benchmarking of organisational performance.
With the unique ability to overcome complex and ambiguous business situations, Jason is renowned for execution within difficult and challenging circumstances. He has demonstrated an exceptional strategic insight with a reputation for developing high performing teams to deliver organisational value.
For the last 15 years Jason has been a leader in the infrastructure industry through executive roles in commercial, risk, and organisation performance. Jason’s corporate experience includes senior management roles with iconic Australian organisations including CSR, Wattyl, Boral, and James Hardie.
Jason studied business at Charles Sturt University and then management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management where he was awarded a Master of Management and a Master of Business Administration. In 2018 he completed the High Performance leadership Programme at the Oxford Saïd Business School in the United Kingdom. He is currently undertaking a program of research in leadership at Deakin University.
